It is important to understand that hackers the way I picture them are not primarily computer criminals as the media often puts it. Based on the definition of Steven Levy in his book "Hacker" and some other sources listed here I refer to hackers as computer artists and masters of technology. They are creative thinkers and they master and improve the way we deal with technology.
Those hackers, who in my story build the CSB are in fact enemies of the current world system, in which information is the most important good and therefore is restricted in use so not anybody can get it. The power of the ruling government is based on a jurisdiction where information in most forms is kept from the people or manipulated and 'corrected' before it is given. Hackers believe that information should be a common good and freely available which implies that it is decentralized!

Wichtig f?r meinen Begriff von Hackern ist, dass es sich nicht zwangsweise um Kriminelle handelt sondern um Spezialisten im Umgang mit Computern und Netzwerken, die durchaus l?bliche Absichten haben.
Die Hacker, die sich zur CSB zusammengeschlossen haben, sind allesamt Gegner eines Systems, in dem die Information das wertvollste Gut ist, entsprechend eingeschr?nkt wird und nicht der Allgemeinheit zur Verf?gung steht. Die Machtposition der herrschenden Schicht st?tzt sich auf ein Rechtssystem, dass es m?glich macht, Informationen der breiten Masse vorzuenthalten. Hacker sind davon ?berzeugt, das Informationen Allgemeingut sein sollten, was mit einer Dezentralisierung von Macht einher geht!
